1RM snatch

42kg

Was looking forward to working on snatches since CGO 12.2! 42 felt good and I was focusing on form. Probably could have gone up in weight but time was kinda running out in class plus I was kinda tired anyway.. And the class was super quiet today! I think we’ve all had a long week. Still got a PR though! :)

6 box jumps
9 kb swings

Used 35kg for pp, 24” box jump, 16kg for kb

Rest 10 minutes then:

1/2 ANNIE:
25-20-15-10-5 reps for time
double unders
Sit ups

Can’t remember my time. I think 3 minutes & change

I got up to 60 reps!
