1RM snatch
42kg
Was looking forward to working on snatches since CGO 12.2! 42 felt good and I was focusing on form. Probably could have gone up in weight but time was kinda running out in class plus I was kinda tired anyway.. And the class was super quiet today! I think we’ve all had a long week. Still got a PR though! :)
